QB Rankings - Potential

The fourth article in the series and the final one was all about the QBs I am undecided on.

I'm not willing to give up on you, but I'm not ready to pay you big money to stay. It is interesting to note that Baker Mayfield is the only one who can be paid at the moment - with two good seasons and one bad season, I'm undecided.

I also go through the rookies last year and the players entering the NFL Draft in April for unofficial rankings.
