The aim of the article to find some uses for the metric that I have created. As pointed out the primary purposes are to see who on another day could have broken out and a "League Winning" game but also to see which unknown player likely could breakout but we manage to pick him out before the rest of the crowd does.
I, again, decided to keep it simple to express the data and choose the top 10, for "Missed Opportunity", as its a good number to see enough data but not too much.
I, then, went into the detail of the top 10 to find out precisely where the "Missed Opportunity" points were missed from - yards, targets or TDs.
I finished with my top 10 waiver wire targets (the original aim for the metric) as well as a sneak peek towards my next article (League Winners Week 1).
